Dear Members, Friends and Guests of Worker's Out

I am very pleased to have been nominated as Co-Convenor of Worker's Out at a recent gathering of the annual general meeting. I am looking forward to meeting you and getting to understand the, no doubt, huge number of life experiences, issues, hopes and visions for our group. I have been a rank and file member of the NTEU based at University of Sydney for about 5 years now, where I work on the administrative staff as a manager. Prior to that my work experience was in local government and secondary education. I am currently living with my same-sex partner of seven years in Sydney.

I hope to meet many of you in the coming months and urge you to come along to our various events, meet one another, catch up and chat! I am particularly interested to hear about programs and actions happening in all your unions and workplaces.
